Job Description

As a Client Service Director (Group Business Unit Lead), you will have to deliver impeccable service of award-winning strategies and communications ideas, which demonstrably achieve a commercial return for the LVMH Maisons (Brands) under your responsibility. You should be able to efficiently manage an integrated group of professionals in a very synergic way, assuring brilliant basics to the Client while delivering a continuous degree of incremental sophistication and digital transformation, thus reporting into better global results.

The whole LVMH team will be managed by two Group Business Leads, who should lead their respective teams in a very coordinated way, under the supervision of the Managing Director of Publicis Media Luxe Unit in Spain, and with close Central coordination that would assure the agreed international alignment in all the countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for the Maisons under its responsibility
  • Client leadership role - manage key senior relationships
  • Manage two Brand Leads that would lead day-to-day relation with the Maisons.
  • Synergic Internal coordination of all projects (at both local and international level)
  • Create a winner and challenging attitude within the whole team under its responsibility to transform Maisons communication and elevate it to the next level.
  • Together with the Digital Head, lead a continuous Digital transformation, moving our planning to a consumer centric, mindset-based planning, capitalized on data.
  • Deliver the media strategy across the Maisons and the annual strategies for each
  • Quality control of the agencies output – response to briefs, content projects, performance execution, etc.
  • Ensure ideas are high quality, inspirational, game-changing and help our clients deliver their brand's ambitions in the ever-changing media marketplace
  • Manage cross departmental forecasting, budgeting, finance controls
  • Ensure excellent relationships with other agency partners and with key media owners. Creative & Media coordination.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: +10 years working in Media Planning (Media Agency) with capabilities to carry out a 360 strategy (Digital & Traditional media) and develop a digital/data approach to the clients. 
  • Valuable experience in Luxury, Health & Beauty clients/sector and in Programmatic, intent-based planning in an advanced level.
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish Media landscape dynamics
  • Degree: Ideally In Marketing or Advertising & Public Relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive
  • Strong strategist skills

  • Language: Proficient level of English (C1 minimum).
