Job Description

This role is an amazing opportunity to take a senior role on several of our key accounts for the United Kingdom business. It will be your job to lead the client relationship, on a day-to-day basis, on this brand and strategically influence your clients to achieve their brand objectives – on time and to budget. In this role, we would expect you to take ownership of the revenue and forecast for your clients and contribute to the organic growth of new business development opportunities wherever possible.

You would be expected to manage, develop, and appraise your direct reports. You will also work alongside the leadership team to resource and hire new people for the account teams under each of these clients.

Based in our Baker Street offices, you will work closely with the other account directors, the client services team, the creative/studio teams, the business unit director and the wider United Kingdom Publicis Health network agencies.

This is a hands-on role and can be really challenging at times - but the agency is a lot of fun to work with and well worth the effort. Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of our business offering and you’ll notice how well we all work together if you come in to see us for an interview – we want our new account director to demonstrate a director-level commitment to our business.
