Publicis Groupe has formed a combined team of people from Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Publicis Worldwide, Publicis Media, and MSL following its win of the consolidated Procter & Gamble UK media account. The team will be based out of Saatchi & Saatchi London's office in Chancery Lane, which is also a campus for the "interdependent model" Publicis Groupe launched with its strategic restructure at the end of 2015 and the newly-formed team will work on a list of brands that includes Pampers, Head & Shoulders, Aussie, Ariel, Daz, Fairy, Oral-B, Flash, Vicks and Tampax. P&G was clear that it wanted a more simplified agency model to provide more consistency for brands and strengthen agency-client relationships. The new team will follow the Groupe’s interdependent model in which each account in the co-located team will continue to be led by the agency brands which currently hold the business 

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Be the brand expert with detailed knowledge of your client’s business, their issues, competitive environment and you’ll help to drive integrated communication solutions
• Own the client relationship with the relevant brand manager, present without supervision
• Build and nurture strong relationships with all other departments within the agency, including the project management, planning and creative departments
• Assist the planning department in the composition of briefs
• Take the brief to the creative team(s) and manage feedback self-sufficiently
• Ensure the smooth progress and delivery of all work in development, manage the projects and own the timing plans and budgets. Ensure expectations are set and managed both internally and externally
• Generate presentations, documents, charts, reports etc. for both internal and external use
• Oversee and approve all contact reports before they go to the client
• Work with the Account Executive to prepare regular competitive reviews to be shared with the rest of the team and client
• Progress to be able to independently run your own projects from start to finish

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• At least one to two years’ experience following a trainee position or similar
• Experience of managing clients, delivering projects and working under your own initiative whilst collaborating within a team
• Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, email and the internet
• Fluency in the English language
