Job Description

Our Business Operations team is seeking a full-time Analyst with a passion and hands on ability to turn complex business/financial challenges into useful and actionable data and insights for upper management. You will work alongside a team of smart and passionate industry professionals to deliver timely analysis and recommendations on PM and Precision business outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze real-time business opportunities and issues through dynamic modeling
  • Create presentations for Executive Leadership
  • Oversee margin across a wide range of media opportunities
  • Support overall new business strategy, pricing, yield management, and client profitability management
  • Liaise and navigate across various divisions within the company (Finance, Sales, Operations, Engineering, etc.)
  • Participate in annual business planning modeling and financial strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience including FP&A, financial modeling, pricing, client profitability analysis, etc.
  • Strong Excel skills (above average/expert level), including v-lookups, sorting, and pivot tables, Sumifs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, with ability to analyze and produce presentations quickly and accurately
  • Quick learner and ability to work across teams as well as on your own
  • Media/advertising industry experience is a plus
