Job Description

As Client Partner Director, COSMOS, you will be responsible for leading our most strategic clients in their success with COSMOS, and for driving revenue growth for the COSMOS platform.  You will lead world class, multi-disciplinary teams that deliver both the client’s business objectives, and meet the needs of their digitally savvy, discerning consumer. You will become an expert in the COSMOS platform capabilities and the business value it brings to our clients.  As a Client Partner, you have a shared stake in outcomes; you aim to tie our (personal, company) success to their (personal, company) success. In this critical client facing role, you build intimate and trusted relationships to make sure clients know we are here to make them successful. You have a thorough knowledge of the consumer, brand, the industry and the marketplace. You know your clients’ inner workings. Through a learning and optimizing mindset, a culture of problem solving, and grit, you help clients understand how their business will be transformed by the COSMOS platform.

Qualifications

Role Responsibilities:

·     Client stewardship - be the strategic partner and advisor to executive level clients across CIO/CTO and CMO organizations to ensure their success with the platform. Strategic guidance on personalization and digital transformation initiatives with the platform. 

·      Team leadership - lead global, multi-discipline teams to optimally deliver business results for the client.   

·      Revenue growth - Support business development efforts with existing and new clients, articulating the value proposition and business impact of COSMOS.  Responsible for identifying opportunities, building proposals, contract negotiations and closing contracts. Partnership with Program Managers on delivery aspects and resourcing.

·      Platform product guidance – share your learnings and strategic insights from working closely with clients with the COSMOS product teams to help inform product roadmap.

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years’ experience in client services, with proven record of driving business results through data-driven marketing, digital transformation. Retail industry vertical experience required. 
  • Exceptional client services skills, ability to build long-lasting relationships founded on partnership and mutual success, with both CIO/CTO as well as CMO client organizations 
  • Experienced in cloud-based customer data platforms (CDPs), SAAS and PAAS platform enablement, creating a 360 view of customer through data stitching techniques and activating 1:1 marketing across channels 
  • Depth of experience in enabling customer insights and personalized marketing campaigns with data science ML predictive modeling 
    • Experience understanding Data Science concepts such as Regression vs Classification, Supervised vs Unsupervised algorithms. 
    • Experience collaborating and identifying requirements with business and technical teams for machine learning models such as Customer lifetime value, Customer Churn, Propensity, affinity based marketing platform models. 
  • Technical experience with Ad-Tech and Mar-Tech, from enterprise architecture designs, implementations and activations.  CRM platform experience a must. 
  • Aptitude and ambition to drive organic client growth, hungry for the next opportunity and ways we can bring value to the client.  Proven performer at delivering revenue of $5MM+ annually 
  • Natural team leader, proven ability to bring people together across the globe and across disciplines to collaborate and deliver results 
  • Entrepreneur in spirit - experience working in fast-paced, constantly changing, high growth environment 
  • MBA preferred
