As a team we support one another, we are hands on across multiple areas and we apply our wide and varied skill-set, passion and enthusiasm for multiple areas of the creative process. We sit within the Content team; a 100+ strong team covering Social Media, Influencers and Partnerships.

 The Role

This role covers all forms of content production, which means you will be able to get stuck in to adapting quickly across a diverse range of design requirements from concept, through creation to delivery. You will revel in a diverse schedule and be able to turn your hand to a range of creative skills, platforms and design outputs, all whilst applying your own conceptual spin at each ideation stage.

Executing design briefs, questioning creativity, solving problems and delegating tasks will come as second nature, guidelines, brand books from brands of diverse character and interest will come as second nature to you and creating and designing across a range of multiple platforms will come naturally to your design mind. If you relish in client communications and getting out of your desk and building relationships across different departments and learning about new areas, you will flourish in making this role your own.

Responsibilities

To lead design responsibilities on projects from brief to delivery, including but not exclusively:

  • Writing your own briefs where necessary.
  •  Identifying and managing the need for the external resources that might be necessary to deliver the brief and being jointly responsible for building a team around a brief.
  • Understand the client context and need, being a key partner in representing that through visual comms.
  • Managing, when appropriate, the design process directly with the client teams
  • Identify creative opportunities for growth across Publicis Media and its clients with proactive design focused solutions.

If you find yourself tapping your fingers, restless to learn more about the design world, creative channels and are continuously keeping your finger on the pulse of the creative industries, whilst adapting your own experience as the industry grows and evolves, we'd love to hear from you. 

We require a candidate who is heavily clued up across Adobe Creative Suite and Powerpoint - a good knowledge of Cinema4D would be a strong bonus as well as other 3D design software and a working knowledge of HTML coding and interaction design would be preferred. 

Qualifications

You will have 3-5 years experience in digital design and execution, ideally in an agency environment, with an emphasis on design for integrated digital content.
