Job Description

The Supply Manager on the Partnerships & Standards team will be responsible for supporting all inventory initiatives inclusive of managing third-party supply-side platform relationships and contributing to strategic opportunities across the programmatic landscape. This role will be required to collaborate on partnership vision, create collateral and POV’s to support agencies and activation teams, support the Publicis Verification process, manage operational processes, and contribute to educational content. The ideal candidate will have prior programmatic experience at either a DSP, SSP/Exchange, publisher or agency and exemplify a strong understanding of the ad tech industry. In addition, he/she will be highly organized and display strong communication and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day vendor relationship for supply side platforms and manage vetting of new partners.
  • Assist in the development and management of vendor content and activation best practices.
  • Act as strategic resource to consult on key client business, supporting agency and client requests as well as informing the product team as a supply-side SME.
  • Develop presentations and collateral of internal and external facing material, including marketplace updates, industry trends, and programmatic educational updates.
  • Partner across Publicis Media to expand supply omni-channel initiatives (DooH, CTV, Audio, etc.) and the adoption of key strategic priorities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging topics within digital through industry trades and connections, including working with partners to gather insights.
  • Participate in regular learning and development opportunities to stay updated on Publicis Media products and solutions.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years digital advertising experience (at least 2 years programmatic media buying or equivalent role).
  • Must think creatively, identifying problems, managing data sets and offering solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills (internal and external).
  • Strong desire to contribute to a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

 Preferred

  • Background in programmatic campaign management or ad tech operations.
  • Working knowledge of the demand side platform and programmatic inventory space.
