Job Description

Responsibility and Focus:

The role of a Consultant in the Data Sciences practice is to be a Business Growth Engine and a Problem Solver. He/she partners with Publicis Groupe clients and helps them overcome business stagnation, pressing issues, and roadblocks using Data Sciences solutions.

You will either manage all clients in an agency brand or work with a set of major clients, identify solutions that can help solve their problems, and then project manage delivery of these solutions.

Main Tasks:

-Become knowledgeable and a reference for the Publicis Data Sciences products and their capabilities.

-Be the day to day point of contact for your client teams when it comes to anything Data Sciences related.

-Project manage all Data Sciences products for specific clients.

-Ensure basic account data infrastructure is in place and aligned with the Data Sciences product portfolio.

-Build and develop relationships with client business leads and their teams, ensuring that client and overall data proposition is being delivered and relevant.

-Drive a culture of ‘always on’ data driven decisions that will institutionalize the use of consumer-driven analytics in media / marketing investment planning.

-Determine the best means of communicating business trends, digital analysis and analytical insights to clients that ensures understanding of results and application  (i.e. through reporting / strategic activation documents).

-Guide and work closely with the planning and client teams to deliver on “data driven” marketing investment decisions (how much, where, when, which channels, etc…).

 -Consult with client media teams to align on the strategy, implementation and measurement plans for their clients.

-Build presentations providing the clear analytics story – why the work is important, the truths that the analytics reveal, and the actions that should follow the analyses.

 -Build the profile of Data Sciences within the Publicis Groupe by packaging and evangelizing best-in-class client work.

 -Future thinking to bring new products and diversify the current portfolio.

 -Drive revenue conversations to ensure budgets securing, organic growth, and new business growth.

-Drive collaboration across all the Publicis Media practices to elevate the overall Data Sciences proposition.

 -Know the “why” we do what we do and manage the “how, what, when, where and who”.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

-2-5 years of experience consulting internal/external client teams on making tactical and strategic investment decisions to improve business results.

-Must have demonstrably quantitative skills and the ability to roll up sleeves and dig into the numbers.

-Must demonstrate collaborative team building skills, as will be required to work external and internal resources into new marketing effectiveness territories.

-Must be able to integrate with fast-paced Planning and Activation teams.

-Must be able to cultivate excellent relationships with technology and research partners.

-Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-Hands on, problem solving abilities – “can do” approach.

- Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.

-Project management experience. Project management framework / models certifications/knowledge is a plus.

-Ability to properly set expectations with stakeholder based on project scope, reporting schedules and follow through on delivery.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to transform data into a concise, yet compelling story.

-Ability to synthesize information and produce insightful and accurate analysis and recommendations for the project / business.

-Highly organized and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate reports.

-Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude.

-Good Mix of Technical Understanding, Business Sense, Managerial/Connecting and Interpersonal skills.

-Must be comfortable presenting findings, proposals, insights to a variety of audiences.
