Job Description

It is the responsibility of the E-COMMERCE MANAGER to:

  • Activate and manage active eComm Search and Display campaigns
  • Build new campaigns, ads, and keywords based on client briefs
  • Build Amazon Store Pages based on client briefs and campaign goals
  • Develop campaign spend estimates
  • Perform optimizations based on insights from campaign data
  • Complete client reports with help from Analysts
  • Manage and train Analysts

The E-COMMERCE MANAGER will be required to:

  • Optimize budget pacing, bids and bidding strategies, ads and more
  • Pull data from multiple systems to create PPT, Data Studio, and Excel reports
  • Identify opportunities or insights during ongoing accounts from Engine systems and reports
  • Create and update keywords lists, ad copy, and landing pages
  • Provide insight and analysis and perform updates/optimizations to improve performance



  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a media agency setting
  • A strong desire to learn and improve own skill set through directing learning
  • Organization in order to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to find solutions to unique tasks and operate independently on daily tasks
  • Comfort and strength in data aggregation, manipulation and analysis
  • Strong numerical and computer skills
  • High level of capability in Excel and PPT
  • Good writing skills, for both ad copy writing and to summarize insights in a concise manner
  • Strong public speaking, in order to discuss campaign aspects with clients in meetings
  • Accountability
  • Experience with SEM and/or SEO considered an asset
  • Experience with Amazon Search, Amazon DSP, or Criteo considered a strong asset
