Job Description

As a Business Director at Publicis Media you will take the wheel with one of our largest luxury clients, as strategic partner you will use your knowledge and expertise to help and guide an innovational media journey; an imperative role to support our clients.

Being a crucial senior talent within the business, you will help lead and shape new ways of working and put your stamp on creating new and exciting ideas – you will become a monumental champion of the business.

The Day To Day:

You will shake up strategy creation through innovative planning and will use your passion in this area to inspire those around you. Your ability to think strategically will flow across traditional and digital channels and you will push boundaries with your big ideas, seeing them through all the way to execution.

Client communications and management will come as second nature to you, building strong relationships will play a big part of your day to day, this will be a strong opportunity to grow your network and nurture our existing relationships, a crucial role to play within the business.

Cross departmental forecasting, budgeting and finance controls will keep you nice and busy, as well general people management – how will you develop those around you and manage direct reports to help them exceed their KPI’s and help them to feel proud of their own work and accomplishments?


What You’ll Need For This Role:

You’ll currently be a Business at a UK Media Agency, looking for a new challenge to run a large, high profile account.

You’ll have Media Agency experience with 360 planning across a range of sectors – some experience in Beauty and Luxury would be an advantage, but certainly not a prerequisite.

A passion for delivering outstanding client service and a proven track record of nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships, with some experience working with large, £20m+ advertisers.

You’ll be a strong manager of people, used to working with multiple direct reports ensuring they’re motivated, energised and developing quickly.

You’ll have a good strategic mind, with the ability to write and deliver well-articulated, punchy and powerful presentations (often in close collaboration with a Strategy Director).

You’ll understand agency profitability, and how to drive revenue from clients through intelligent cross and up-selling of services.
