Reporting to our Executive Strategy & Analytics Director, this role is responsible for delivering strategic brilliance for clients, growing strategy income for the agency, and ensuring we create delightful customer experiences. This role has a particular focus on Content and Social strategy so we’re after someone who has solid experience in this space.

 

This includes delivering on:

  • Strategic Excellence: delivering high quality strategy (mainly content and social)
  • Commercial Excellence: contributing to growing our strategy income
  • Agency Leadership: enabling delightful customer experiences

 

Some stuff that will help you get the job:

  • 7 years’ experience working within a marketing environment (preferably agency side)
  • 3 years working as a Strategist with a specific focus on Content, Social and Digital
  • Knowledge of technology, digital and CX marketing methodologies
  • Experience using research and planning tools
  • Experience in customer journey mapping
  • Confident in campaign and content calendar planning
  • A real social native
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude (you enjoy a high-five and are willing to go the extra mile to delight our customers)
  • Calm and focussed under pressure (you’re naturally zen and don’t let unplanned circumstances phase you)
  • Strong attention to detail (you can spot an issue in advance and appreciate the importance of all ‘the little things’)  
  • Must be passionate about and have proven experience working closely with (and inspiring) the creative and account service teams to produce results driven content
