Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Analyst owns the reporting, measurement, and strategic optimization for his or her dedicated Campbell’s brands. This position requires the Senior Analyst to independently generate insights for their campaigns and develop and maintain all corresponding reporting dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have prior media agency experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and working knowledge of bid management platforms and campaign optimizations.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross-Channel Analytics

• Steward the measurement and reporting of brands; delivering insights across Display, SEM, eComm, Social, Online Video, and Content
• Develop concise, actionable insights on the macro and tactical level of active campaigns
• Design and manage reporting dashboards on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, ensuring the proper visuals are created to aid the storytelling
• Be the liaison between analytics and the various activation channels for tactical decks and wrap up reports
• Lead client calls

Programmatic Analytics

• Proactively identify opportunities to test partners and bring those ideas to programmatic planning counterparts
• Create custom solutions including but not limited to white lists, custom marketplaces, PMPs, SSPs, cross-channel, etc.
• Work with platforms, SSPs, and programmatic buyers to ensure accurate implementation
• Troubleshoot supply issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
• Oversee supply and new channel QA process
• Partner with programmatic buy on inventory performance analysis and optimization strategies
• Identify case study potential for key opportunities and lead creation with programmatic buyer
• Develop best practices for inventory solutions and new channels and regularly communicate out to the larger programmatic team
• Meet with and vet inventory and advance channel partners

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Four-year college degree
• 2+ years of experience in media analytics and/or programmatic buying
• Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• Strong desire to contribute to a team
• Basic understanding of Ad Operations
• Experience with visualization tools a must; Datorama, a strong plus
• Experience with the Trade Desk, DV360, Amobee, Yieldmo plus
• Basic understanding of Social media buys and platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel
