Job Description

This role focuses on delivering market leading Activation, Client Servicing, Innovation and Measurement for one of Starcom’s flagship accounts. The role entails managing an Account Manager plus a team of execs and overseeing planning and implementation across Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest), across the range of P&G brands.

The successful candidate will be organized and have strong project management skills. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for social advertising and someone looking to step up and manage large budgets and can confidently articulate this in conversations with the client digital team and with media owners such as Facebook and Twitter.

You’ll be responsible for the overall strategic direction of the P&G Paid social activation and ensuring campaigns go live appropriately, playing a pivotal role in building relationships with key client and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will have responsibility for day to day running of the team, ensuring all members are trained, knowledgeable and executing every aspect of their duties.

You will be working in a team of 4, reporting into the Biddable Director. You will directly manage 1 account manager, with supervision of 1 senior exec and 1 exec.

Qualifications

  • Experience in planning, activating and reporting on Paid Social campaigns across the major Social Media channels
  • Aptitude in maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exemplary track record in managing budgets
  • Experience in managing members of a team and delegating tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with paid social media tools, e.g. 4C, Marin, Sprinklr etc.
  • Combined Brand and Performance (DR) social experience
  • Past experience in activation of influencer campaigns through paid media
