Job Description

The Programmatic Strategy Manager within the Partnerships team is responsible for supporting the Partnerships Director in managing all third-party demand-side platform and publisher relationships. This includes but is not limited to maintaining EMEA DSP partnerships, supporting the Publicis Media Verification process via RFI issuance and evaluation, supporting internal agency requests across EMEA markets related to both existing and new DSP partners, assisting in DSP and SSP seat set up and management, and creating collateral and POV’s to support internal agencies and activation teams. The ideal candidate will have prior Programmatic experience at either a vendor or agency and a strong understanding of the ad tech industry. Besides, he/she will have strong organizational, communication and analytics skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day vendor relationship for demand-side platforms.
  • Assist in the development of content and updates for Verified vendor profiles.
  • Manage the vetting and evaluation of new DSP partners and publishers.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and plan all DSP partner product reviews and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop presentations and collateral to share within PMX and across Publicis Media.
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new products and solutions.
  • Support projects related to product development, vendor management, and partnerships
  • Continuously seek to innovate and improve

What we are looking for in you?

  • Experience with programmatic campaign activation or Ad Tech operations.
  • Must think creatively, identifying problems, and offering solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong desire to contribute to a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
