Job Description

This role is to lead the biddable team working predominately across the P&O client. This role is perfect for an experienced PPC manager or junior associate director looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for delivering market-leading Biddable strategy, innovation and client servicing across Paid Search & Paid Social for P&O.  The role may also require working on other brands on an ad-hoc basis. You will be the senior lead on the account, responsible for leading strategy, hitting revenue forecasts, activation across a number of campaigns and growing the accounts. You will be the main client lead and internal lead with planning teams.

The P&O account is one of the most fast-paced in the agency with a strong focus on direct response KPIs, across a number of markets.

Core responsibilities of the role are:

  • Be the senior point of contact for all paid search and paid social activation queries from the client & planning team
  • Help lead annual planning by providing insights, learnings and recommendations across paid search and social, alongside leading strategies for the upcoming year
  • Create strategy and detailed plans, including budget proposals from briefs provided by clients
  • Oversee all performance reporting and client communications, ensuring all teams receive weekly client updates to influence their optimisations
  • Build strong relationships with clients, including senior stakeholders
  • Manage and lead the team, be responsible for the output of the team, ensuring all deliverables meet the standard expected
  • Working on new business pitches when required

What we are looking for in you?

This role is ideal for someone who has a proven record of leading biddable accounts and strategy, has worked with a variety of different clients, can sell-in ideas and drive innovation across multiple channels.

You will will also have the following:

  • Experience in planning, managing and activating multi-channel campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Adwords, Youtube)
  • Advanced knowledge of Adwords and Youtube
  • Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to engage with planning teams and also brand leaders at the client side
  • Be strategic and commercially minded in planning their goals for their teams as well as being able to shape and develop a brand search strategy
