Job Description

Publicis Groupe has taken a bold step back to the future to create a single interdependent End-2-End client focused business team at Chancery Lane for Procter & Gamble. We are calling the single client platform PG One. The high performing operation brings the entire P&G resource within the Groupe into one place – this includes creative (Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Publicis WW), data (Digitas) media, search, SEO and Social. It is an exciting, new, future facing model that we call ‘interdependence’, comprising first class talent for a first class client.

The Client

Proctor & Gamble, one of Starcom’s biggest and most iconic accounts, are devoted to driving innovation across all social media platforms. As an Associate Director within the PG One team you will be able to oversee and lead all aspects of Paid Social including their substantial budgets and different objectives ranging from national awareness campaigns to increasing performance activity to innovating influencer marketing. This will provide you with a truly holistic and extensive knowledge in the industry for one of advertising’s most iconic and historic companies.

Performics has enjoyed a strong and long-standing relationship with P&G as a flagship account, resulting in a truly collaborative approach to paid media. This opens up opportunities for us to run alphas/betas regularly across all paid social platforms and get early access to the best tools in the market.

The Role

This role focuses on delivering market leading Activation, Client Servicing, Innovation and Measurement for one of Starcom’s flagship accounts. The role entails being the go to person internally and with the client when it comes to Amazon advertising across AAP, AMG and AMS. You will be part of an integrated performance planning team of 6 people working hand in hand with specialists from different practices such as Ops, Search, Programmatic and general practices including Commerce, Planning and Investment.

The successful candidate will be organized and have strong project management skills. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for ecom advertising and someone looking to step up and consult on large budgets and can confidently articulate this in conversations with the client digital team and with media owners.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Amazon solutions (AMS/AAP/AMG) and adapt recommendations based on P&G brand needs
  • Be the go to person for P&G Amazon lead and work hand in hand to:
    • Develop annual brand plans and campaign media plans
    • Help optimize campaign performance that fulfills P&G brand goals, with Amazon team doing the heavy lifting
    • In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns. 
  • Consult and educate with insights and solutions to achieve greater results on Amazon
  • Strong project management skills to impact process improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
