This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive working environment in the position of; Paid Social Senior Account Executive. The objective of this role is to deliver best in class delivery of paid social for Nestle, Molson Coors and GHD across the UK. The ideal candidate will ensure faultless execution of campaigns to ensure performance meets or exceeds targets.

This role will challenge your existing skill set and continue to further your development and knowledge building across the area's of planning, building presentations and reporting analytics to the client including post campaign analysis, as well as activation across various platforms; Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat to name a few.

Team/Department Profile

The Paid Social Senior Account Executive reports into the Paid Social Account Manager in the Paid Social Team. Named by Forrester as a Leading Agency, the Performics Team apply a data-driven strategic approach to solve their clients’ growth challenges. Partnering closely with key media owners across the vast array of brand and direct response solutions, Performics not only adhere to best practice, but always use the very latest products and technology to drive success. The Paid Social Senior Account Executive will work under the leadership of the Paid Social Account Manager. The role will involve a high volume of activity and a variety of marketing challenges for some of the agency’s most prestigious clients. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Large-scale, multi-platform campaign activation
  • Innovative and creative campaign optimisation to consistently improve campaign performance
  • Full ownership of the financial process; close attention to budget checking, timely booking and reconciliation of all paid social activity
  • Production of weekly multi-channel campaign reports, presentation of results to clients, preparation of detailed Post Campaign Reports
  • High standard of response to client briefs; providing detailed plans, rationale and recommendations
  • Takes ownership of weekly status sheet and leads in internal and external status meetings

On Day One You Will Have: 

  • Demonstrable and high level functional and technical knowledge of Paid Social, including in-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, alongside other key social platforms such as Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Ability to independently execute both brand awareness and direct response campaigns.
  • Strong command of Excel and confidence building and manipulating reports from scratch.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and client servicing experience.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, in a fast paced environment

You Will Ideally Have

  • Experience working with bulk sheets, Facebook Plugin for Excel and Creative Hub.
  • Experience with Media Ocean suite, in particular Prisma.
  • Formal accreditation as a Facebook Blueprint Certified Buyer.
  • Experience with PMDs, third party data and tech providers, such as 4C, Amobee, Idomoo, Adobe Audience Manager, Axciom and Oracle.
  • Experience activating large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience with advanced measurement and tracking tools.
  • Understanding of other Digital channels.
