Job Description

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Research Director at Zenith will be responsible for leading the agency’s national insights product.

  • Consulting with our clients on a national basis to understand the scope of their research needs and how we can leverage these needs to advance our product
  • Spearheading research and data projects for Zenith’s clients
  • Project managing the delivery of bespoke research projects including but not limited to:
    - Brand trackers
    - Focus groups
    - Creative testing
  • Developing relationships with research providers and panels;
  • Providing full suite of metrics collection, analysis, and reporting;
  • Ensuring actionable insights inform strategy development and approach to clients’ marketing campaigns.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Managing the execution and delivery of Zenith’s insights and research products;
  • Taking full responsibility of managing a project end-to-end, including design, questionnaire writing, fieldwork management, data processing, analysis and reporting;
  • Defining and managing scope, ensuring the project is delivering value and meeting commercial goals;
  • Managing stakeholder expectations of timelines and their opportunities for input;
  • Coordinating with the client team to deliver against scope of work;
  • Working with fieldwork suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of the project without compromise of data quality;
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders in particular with the data and broader strategy teams;
  • Ensuring quality standards and data accuracy is delivered on all projects.

Qualifications

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Broad and detailed knowledge of and experience with quantitative market research methods;
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Tableau/SQL/R
  • A solid understanding of relevant statistical methods (analysis of variance)
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
