We currently have an opportunity for a passionate and proactive Account Director with strong Digital experience. You will lead the day-to-day management of your automotive client account who are passionate about digital innovation and delivering world-class digital experiences.

We're looking for someone who ideally has:

  • 5-6+ years of experience in medium to large integrated or digital agencies  
  • Experience with digital marketing focusing on site, display, search and social and (preferred but not mandatory) a broad understanding of programmatic and MarTech
  • Ability to drive and deliver integrated campaigns across multi channels (traditional and non-traditional)
  • A degree in marketing, communications or business
  • People management, team building, leadership
  • Strong project management, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving ability

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading strategy development and success criteria for your client
  • Leading the agency team to ensure efficient running of your client account
  • Strategically manages the agency-client relationship
  • Full management of financials – budget control and forecasting
  • Manage the workflow, operational and quality processes within the team and across other agency departments including: Ensuring a high level of creative output, initiating the integrated involvement of the agency to deliver solutions, drives measurement and evaluation of all activities.
