To help with this, we’re looking for a superstar Freelance Social Media Manager – who has experience across a range of clients and can hit the ground running!

As a Social Media Manager, you are responsible for nurturing the social communities of 2 of our globally recognised clients.

You are both creative and strategic, and you pride yourself on staying current with the latest social media trends.

You day to day responsibility will be to be community managing the social media pages across Facebook and Instagram, and reporting on their performance for ongoing learnings on a monthly basis. For one of our clients, we are also looking for the development of a clear customer care escalation process that sits across the social and care team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of best practices on social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
  • Strong writing skills, plus impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and implementing social best practice community management and customer care processes.
  • Advanced experience with Social/Digital listening, tools, approaches to measurement/metrics, reporting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, compile and interpret results.
 

This role will be part-time hours: 25 hours per week - ideally split across 5 days (4 days min.)
