Job Description

The Publicis Media Data Sciences Services team is looking for an outstanding VP/Director to help us grow our analytics business across agencies and regions globally.  This person will help drive growth by organizing, creating, and deploying analytics best practices across brands and regions globally.  While client-facing work will not be the primary ask, there will be times when it comes into play.

What you’ll do:

As VP/Director, you’ll support the Global analytics lead in defining the roadmap, creating new products/services, building commercial models, prioritizing needs, and communicating them out to agencies and brands accordingly.  This role will touch the full range of the analytics practice from the business structures to the methodologies to the application for bespoke clients.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Defining the analytics roadmap to drive growth for Publicis and Publicis agencies
  • Assisting agencies and client teams in defining analytics needs and either identifying existing solutions or developing new ones solve those challenges
  • Creating frameworks and methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, leveraging existing Publicis Media intellectual capital and developing innovative concepts
  • Evaluating new analytic approaches and or partners and vetting their offering against the value it can bring to Publicis Media
  • Creating materials to summarize offerings, methodologies, approaches, asks, and opportunities then communicating those to the global community
  • Building a global network through individual and group interactions, leading global status calls
  • Assisting in growth planning and evaluation of business opportunities overall and for specific agencies or regions
  • Determining new opportunities among existing clients, and participating in new business initiatives
  • Supporting other functions with training, commercials, product development, etc. and providing the analytics lens across all new initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience in analytics or strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Experience with a range of analytic methodologies (Like MMM, MTA, Test and Learn, etc) and their application to a media and marketing environment, cross channel marketing experience a plus
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Self starter/self motivated
  • A four-year college degree; advanced degree is a plus
  • Open to travel as needed
