• Coordination of translation, copywriting and proofreading briefs and projects
• Writing copy, proofreading, and text editing for online shops
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of prepared content
• Processing clients’ feedback and corrections
• Keeping track of the projects and freelancers schedules
• Close cooperation with internal and external translators & proofreaders, project managers, different departments,

• Fluent French and/or Spanish (at least C1)
• Demonstrable B2 level English
• Attention to detail and patience
• Very good organizational and timekeeping skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time
• Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word most of all)
• Experience in proofreading, editing and content creation
