PlatformGSK is a bespoke Publicis Media agency proposition for GSK, it is a data and technology driven communications propositions that is centred around our client’s growth.
You would work with the Global eCommerce lead to define the eCommerce roadmap throughout Europe on PlatformGSK.
You will drive PlatformGSK to the next level in eCommerce planning and delivering local market pilots. A synopsis of the role is as follows:
Client Leadership: Act as the senior eCommerce person in the room with the ability to understand the entire eCommerce ecosystem in detail.
Internal Leadership: Operate as the go to person for all eCommerce enquiries and drive integration of eCommerce media throughout all strategy and activation teams
Digital Expertise: You are a proven digital innovator with extensive strategic and practical experience across all channels and associated technologies
Long Term Business Growth: Become an essential partner to GSK with a clear vision for the future.
Challenge the Status Quo: Based on the best insight deliver a clear and differentiated digital strategy for GSK
Developing relationships and acting as the digital lead for relevant client side digital stakeholders; ensuring you understand their business needs and objectives
Act as the senior point of client reference and escalation.
Taking the lead with and managing relevant GSK digital partners
eCommerce Strategy and Best Practice:
Ownership and delivery of the central PlatformGSK eCommerce strategic vision and associated initiatives
Lead a strategic relationship (JBPs) with core eCommerce media partners (ie. Amazon, Criteo etc.)
Developing solutions to drive reach and new capabilities with pureplay platforms like Amazon
Identify opportunities to reinvent commercial relationships and media agreements with traditional omnichannel retailers in the top EU5 markets
Responsible for building retailer.com sales plans and forecasting based on performance.
Ensure that strategic recommendations and local market plans are inclusive of eCommerce media Thought Leadership and stakeholder support
Drive thought-leadership across divisions and markets, both internally across Publicis Media and across the GSK business
Become the data based marketing link between Global Category and RDT team
Improving both internal and external knowledge of eCommerce media, through organisation of education sessions with business centres/GSK and Publicis Media global partners
Providing strategic support to the central coordination team in developing eCommerce strategy for centrally bought campaigns (as required).
• At least 6 years’ experience in eRetail Trade or manufacture e-Commerce.
o A background in international account management and experience within the Auto vertical is preferred
A proven track record of delivering client growth and innovation
A substantial knowledge of the fundamentals of eCommerce media and associated technologies (e.g. Amazon, Criteo, A9 Algorithm and eContent optimisation)
Demonstrable history of managing multiple stakeholders and inputs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and sell strategic digital solutions
