Analysts: Bachelors Degree, 6+ months of relevant media experience within practice area (Internships Count!)

Managers: Bachelors, 3+ years of media experience within general practice area, previous experience managing a team preferred 

Associate Directors: Bachelors, 5+ years of media experience within general practice area, at least 1 full year of previous experience managing a team

Directors: Bachelors, 7+ years of media experience, at least 3 years of previous experience managing a team
