Job Description

The Associate Director, Operations is an integral role within the Spark Foundry team, responsible for monitoring and building internal operational processes throughout the account. The Associate Director, Operations will also be responsible for monitoring and enhancing a new reporting tool used heavily throughout the account. Data integrity is of upmost importance for the success of this new tool and client relations so a keen eye for detail and forward thinking are the key attributes required for this role.

Responsibilities 
• Leads large-scale projects and cross-functional teams, including projects outside of assigned responsibilities
• Oversee monthly client billing for national and local media along with budget management for all brands
• Accurately track large volumes of data with a high level of detail and coordination
• Manages timely status updates with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Prepares regular status reports and distributes internally and externally if necessary
• Provides feedback for process improvement and lessons learned as related to assigned task
• Create training materials to document processes and instill best practices
• Champion team-wide rollout and compliance of any process changes
• Detail orientations with strong independent project management and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to navigate technology platforms in digital media
• Oversee an Operations Manager
• Outstanding drive for precision and attention to detail
• Work alongside operations practice lead on agency-wide projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree Preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications/Advertising
• Strong Analytical skills with a foundation in strategic business management
• Experience implementing a practical and redundant set of double checks and balances team wide to consistently strive for flawless execution in all operational areas
• Extensive experience using MediaTools and Excel
• Great written and communication skills, strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
