Job Description

We have a couple of positions available across our programmatic Media team for an immediate start. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate wanting to take their first steps into this exciting industry. Drive, enthusiasm, logical thinking and analytical skills are essential to the success of this role, everything else including the technical skills will be taught on the job with a mix of formal and informal on the job training.

The Role

The Programmatic Assistant is responsible for the support of campaign execution for Zenith Programmatic.  This involves supporting the Programmatic Manager in maintaining the accuracy and organisation of all bid management & trafficking processes and agency interactions related to assigned Programmatic campaigns. The ideal candidate will have some prior analytical experience, writing and comprehension skills, and will have done thorough research on the real time biddable (RTB) landscape.   The candidate must have a desire and motivation to quickly become an expert in the fields of media trading and RTB. The candidate must also possess a strong inner drive to redesign the digital media landscape, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and truly be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact on Zenith

The Zenith Programmatic team supports all clients within the agency on all things programmatic currently spanning across display and mobile on all devices available. We are a team of 12 analytical, mathematical, down-to-earth, slightly weird guys and girls who have their own personality but work well together. In this particular role this individual will be focusing on multiple clients, many of them worldwide.

Responsibilities:    

·       Understand and effectively communicate ZO’s programmatic value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts

·        Execute and manage online media campaigns for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns etc)  

·       Handle daily campaign maintenance including questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns

·       Work with agency partners to ensure creative assets are scheduled  Trafficking of campaign tags into the various demand side platforms (DSPS)

·       Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation when building private marketplaces

·       Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns

·       Support the Account Manager in overseeing and resolve weekly and/or daily campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines

·       Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners & actualise bill/pay systems when applicable
