The position will work with the Creative Team to ensure the quality of all creative deliverables throughout the project.

Promotes a culture of creative innovation and aesthetic excellence.

 

Job Requirements

The ability to craft stories—be they written, visual, or verbal—and to present with passion.

The ability to generate and refine ideas into thoughtful, original concepts fort TV, print, radio, direct and digital (activations, social, branded content).

The ability to clearly articulate ideas to the team both verbally and in writing.

Recognized expertise in advertising, digital and collateral.

A strong working knowledge of brand development, consumer and trade engagement, advertising, digital design.

 

Qualifiche

Qualifications

 

-  Bachelor degree level

-  Native-speaking / Fluent - Italian and English

-  3+years agency copywriter experience, global client preferred

-  Strong passion for writing

-  Strategic mindset and analytical thinker

-  Excellent communication skills

-  Excellent relationship-building skills

-  Team worker, listening, verbal and written communication skills

-  Intercultural awareness and sensitivity

-  Informed about design trends, technology and innovations

-  Inclusion in renowned awards a plus
