Job Description

Creative Accelerator Program

Publicis Communications is the creative communications hub of the Publicis Groupe in Australia bringing together the creative firepower of network agencies Leo BurnettSaatchi & SaatchiMercerbell, Herd MSL and Digitas.

With this creative firepower we have designed a Creative Accelerator program that will give you the pace and agility you need to enter the workforce.

If selected for this program you will work in teams tackling real client CSR opportunities. Working together, combining your different skill sets from beginning to end, will better prepare you for the real creative world!

Each group will be appointed creative mentors from within our network, with many years’ experience and creative awards between them! At the end of the program the best ideas will be presented to client.

This is a unique opportunity - no other creative training program like this exists.

What will you get out of the program?

  • Exposure to working in a creative agency environment on real client briefs
  • Weekly face-to-face mentor sessions from creative leaders to help shape your ideas
  • Learn how to construct a campaign from briefing to presentation
  • Feedback on your portfolio and tips to set you up for entering the workforce
  • Networking with creative leaders across the Publicis Communications network of agencies

  • Include a cover letter with your application to tell us why you want to be part of the Creative Accelerator program and your key creative skillset (i.e copywriting vs graphic design etc)
