Do you want a research role more integrated within marketing teams with less charting and more automation?

We’re hiring for a Data & Research Solutions Manager to join our Zenith agency.

As the Data & Research Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing research and data projects for the agencies current and prospective clients as well as work with other members of the research & data team to further develop and enhance products so that they better the measure the impact services have on client businesses and integrate into broader ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the delivery of human insights and research products
  • Within that, ability to take full responsibility of managing a project including project design, questionnaire writing, fieldwork management, data processing, analysis and reporting
  • Tightly manage project scope and timelines, and stakeholder expectations of timelines and their opportunities for input
  • Work with fieldwork suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of the project without compromise of data quality
  • In dealing with the data team, helping proactively troubleshoot through problems so to not impact project timelines
  • Deliver innovative and proactive solutions in problem solving.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Broad and detailed knowledge of and experience with quantitative market research methods.
  • Broad knowledge of Tableau/SQL/R would be a nice to have – a desire to learn Tableau is a must
  • Broad knowledge and experience with quantitative market research methods, specifically brand tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple projects running on the go
  • Excellent PowerPoint  and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a consultative style
