Job Description

We are excited for a new graduate or junior executive to join our SEO team working on a major beauty client. The role does require having a high degree of attention to detail in terms of literacy and numerical analysis, and be able to cope well when under pressure. 

You will be required to deliver on and execute the SEO team’s workload, designed to optimise and improve user experience across our client’s owned platforms, ensuring all of your work drives performance across relevant discovery engines. You will be working in a close-knit team responsible for delivering high-quality work for several reputable and successful brands.

Reporting into the SEO Manager, you will be driving force behind SEO execution, taking responsibility for delivering high quality work to agreed deadlines, owning the delivery of weekly and monthly client reporting and ensuring that you are proactive in developing your insight and research skills.

 

Key Responsibilities 

·       To develop a high-level technical knowledge across SEO and CRO including the ability to execute all aspects of on-site and off-site SEO, with close support from the SEO Manager.

·       To develop the ability to utilise industry reporting, analysis and insight tools, such as Searchmetrics, Majestic SEO, Brightedge, Optimizely etc.

·       To develop an understanding of the role SEO & User Experience plays in forming strong foundations to ensure wider marketing activity can meet business objectives and digital KPIs.

·       To deliver consistently high quality outputs i.e. technical audits, landing page optimisations, CRO tests, presentations, proposals, reports.

·       To keep up to date with all industry developments.

·       Achievement of client campaign objectives.

 

First Year Objectives

3 months

·       To build a strong understanding of our SEO offering and the existing processes to deliver each component

·       To establish fully functional relationships with team members

·       To build a solid understanding of the wider Performics offering

 

6 months

·       To take greater ownerships of campaign delivery

·       Be a trusted part of the campaign delivery teams

·       Contribute to SEO strategic development

·       Own specific client deliverables and report development

 

12 months

·       Be in a position to take on greater authority

·       Be ready to identify new opportunities for existing clients and help SEO Manager upsell to client
