Job Description
Commerce is a category that is full of innovation and with the pace that the retailer landscape is changing this is an incredibly exciting time to be working in commerce. All brands have different challenges in this space depending on their distribution models, internal structure or consumer behaviours; our role as media partners is to help brands navigate this complexity and provide incredible consumer experiences that drive genuine commercial growth. Our focus wherever possible is in delivering actionable insight that is born of good data.
There is a real focus within Publicis Groupe to develop a strong commerce proposition which we can take to our existing and prospective clients; there are strong pockets of expertise with the group and the challenge is working through what combination of resource is required to deliver on specific client briefs. We work closely with the wider Publicis Media Commerce practice to productise our approach and standardise solutions for clients, whilst benefitting from a very diverse set of people expertise and products.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities would be across all relevant Zenith clients to support the Commerce Lead to deliver Commerce media across marketplaces (ie. Amazon, Criteo, Elevaate, Citrus). We have provided below an initial sample of key responsibilities:
Lead the media planning and implementation of Sponsored Ads + for our top FMCG clients
Key contact for regular communication with clients
Become client and agency’s trusted advisor for marketplace related queries
Regular ongoing reports for tracking, evaluation and analysis, leading to actionable advice for improvement
Work with key partners to forecast, recommend budgets, set benchmarks etc
Manage collaboration with external partners, building productive working relationship
Project management on always-on activity as well as willingness to take on ad-hoc projects
Work with a Senior Exec to deliver commerce budgets and elevate their specialist skills
Qualifications
Experience:
Over 3 years’ experience in performance marketing media and delivery marketplace media, preferably Amazon. PPC background is encourage, with passion to move into commerce!
Must have experience in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and an understanding of the broader Amazon Advertising ecosystem
Experience in managing, optimising and reporting always on campaigns against product sales
Experience in optimising towards ROAS, ACoS and conversion metrics
Keen interest retail and and keeping up with fast paced updates and new solutions
Understand Amazon marketing & data eco-system
Highly collaborative excited to be a part of a small team, quickly growing team that is defining our commerce solutions
Must have advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
