Job Description

 

  • Serve as the process and best practices expert on the team for Digital Investment Operations
  • Be the MediaOcean buying system go-to within the team, working with a larger Investment Operations team within the agency
  • Ensure digital media is purchased with the correct data inputs by developing and managing the QA process
  • Manage a team of 5 (Supervisor, Sr. Associate and Associates) who will be actively loading buys into the system and working with the financials team to reconcile vendor invoices
  • Work closely with the Investment and Data Science teams
  • Identify process/reporting improvements through automation, streamlining, problem solving and developing best practices
  • Communicating important information to the entire team
  • Train others on the systems and processes

 

Qualifications

 

  • Extensive knowledge of Digital buying operational process with expertise in driving innovation and measurable results
  • Strong leadership skills and general management orientation.  Demonstrated critical thinking and strong problem solving skills – navigates effectively through conflict and risk to build required consensus to drive innovative business needs and results
  • High results orientation and able to effectively juggle and prioritize many competing demands
  • Demonstrated ability to establish high levels of trust and credibility, ability to build strong inter-relationships with internal and external partners (vendors and various internal departments and create opportunities for synergistic collaboration across all
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills – effectively presents formal POV internally and externally
  • Team oriented – approachable and viewed as coach and mentor to others
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • 2+ years with increasing levels of responsibility within an agency or media company
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with MediaOcean/Prisma, DCM, SQL and digital media tech systems preferred
