Job Description

  • Develop and execute various planning scenarios based on media objectives and strategies
  • Work with other members of the media team in daily media responsibilities including maintaining and implementing ad tagging on network of sites
  • Manage the scheduling, posting, and tracking of advertising and compile weekly performance reports, as necessary
  • Oversee RFP process, from initial publisher distribution, to gathering and preparing of insertion orders, and maintaining records of all campaign activities for auditing purposes
  • Utilize appropriate planning tools to achieve optimum performance for offline media campaigns; maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign execution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with interactive media advertising representatives
  • Manage media budgets for assigned clients
  • Maintain high level of work quality

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years’ experience in online and traditional media planning and negotiating experience in an agency setting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing or related 
  • A complete knowledge of offline media concepts
  • Strong mathematic and analytical skills
  • Required software proficiencies: Kantar, Infoadex, ComScore, Iope, EGM, AIMC.
