Job Description

Point person for Ad Effectiveness across all channels and lines of business
•    Implement brand best practices on survey design, ensuring consistency across both campaign-level and partner-driven studies
•    Manage communication with vendors, publishers and internal teams to launch and maintain integrity of all studies in market from start to finish
•    Partner with strategy and performance teams to integrate campaign context into survey results and develop specific, actionable insights for upcoming campaigns
•    Lead dissemination of results to internal teams and client stakeholders

Contribute to day-to-day research efforts while contributing to larger cross-brand learning roadmaps 
•    Support measurement execution focused on ad/media effectiveness, brand health and consumer behavior
•    Stay informed on evolving media landscape, including research and emerging trends to provide insight to both media planning team and client
•    Build knowledge of the agency’s systems and data providers and learn how to use data and analytic techniques to help answer client questions
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in advertising, business, engineering, statistics, marketing, or similar discipline or 2+ year working in an agency environment
•    Requires excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 
•    Familiarity with syndicated and customer data sources
•    Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving abilities 
•    Self-motivated, willing and able to learn in a fast-paced environment
