Job Description

Self-sufficiently manage reporting responsibilities and analytical projects with guidance from senior team members. Works directly with supervisor and internal teams for collecting, formatting, and delivering data for analysis and presentations to all appropriate parties and internal/exgternal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on analyses on large volumes of transaction and customer level data
• Works along with Sr. Analyst and Analyst with complex data structures; manipulate and cleanse data and perform statistical analysis
• Produce easy-to-understand, error-free, and timely deliverables that analyze user behavior and motivations online to provide actionable insights that address client business objectives
• Supports the development and execution of client annual measurement plans
• Provides guidance on setting up brand and sales measurement studies

Collaboration & Client Responsibilities
• Builds credibility with key internal and external stakeholders
• Ensures that all deliverable deadlines are met, including involving all appropriate parties and managing workflows
• Proactively evaluates current workflows and templates to suggest potential improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, MBA or Master's degree in quantitative studies preferred. The equivalent combination of education, training and work experience may be suitable
• 3-5 years of work experience in a quantitative business environment

Technical skills
• Experience working with DoubleClick ad server
• Business Intelligence tool experience is a plus (Datorama, Domo, Tableau, etc)
• Data manipulation and statistical tools experience is a plus (SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS)
• Database structure and functionality knowledge
• Multi touch attribution tools (Google Attribution 360, Visual IQ, Convertro)
• Web analytics platforms (Alteryx, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
• Surveys (Lucid, Research Now, etc.)
• Competitive monitoring tools (e.g. - ComScore, Compete, Quantcast, NetRating
