Job Description

Our Performics agency are currently hiring for a Performance Content Manager to plan and execute effective owned media campaigns for some of Australia's most iconic brands!

You will manage day-to-day campaign activity and client management to deliver a full range of Performance Content services. You will also be responsible for managing a team to ensure the successful delivery of Performance Content campaigns!

KEY OUTPUTS

  • Manage client relationships 
  • Supporting the development of the optimal owned media strategy and owned media activation for clients based on their budgets, target audience and KPIs
  • Undertaking analysis and audits using a combination of resources including but not limited to search, social, content, audience auditing tools
  • Supporting strategy and coordination team to deliver best-in-class Performance Content campaigns across multiple markets for a portfolio of Performics’ customers
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered to a professional standard and in line with the agreed timings
  • People management; the development of team members including their goal setting, ensuring their high levels of service and delivery and the day to day people management administration
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Ideally a minimum of two years’ proven experience of working within a fast-paced agency environment working with enterprise-level and medium sized clients
  • Proven experience  managing a team of SEO / Owned Media team members, ideally within an SEO or owned media focused agency environment.
  • A broad understanding of areas like Technical SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Marketplace Optimisation and App Marketing, as well as Content Creation.
  • Experience across the following technology platforms: MajesticSEO, SearchMetrics, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Optimizely, Search Console and Buzzsumo
  • Good understanding of the workings of HTML and CSS
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, Flash and HTML5.
  • solid understanding of CRO A/B and multivariate tests
