Job Description

As Digital Media Planning Director you would be focused on the digital activation side of the process. You would be tasked with taking the initial brief from the client and marrying audience insight to their strategic ambitions.

You'll be leading the creation, direction and on-going development of your client’s digital planning and optimization, injecting innovation into all media solutions and achieving commercial return for your clients.

How you’d spend your day:

•      Leading the client´s digital activation: planning, activation, optimization, reporting and analytics, Benchmarks, Dashboards

•      Acting as a link between the different stakeholders involved: Social, Programatic, Trade, Client Service

•      Ensuring excellent relationships with other agency partners and with key media owners

•      Counting with deep knowledge of the different digital areas: Display, Video, Mobile, Social, etc.

•      Counting with analytical skills and being meticulous and rigorous

•      Spreading the Digital knowledge to the team and develop skill base of team to exceed their KPI´s

•      Working in collaboration with Client Service team in Digital Strategy

•      Managing quality control of the agency output – response to briefs, practices execution, etc.

•      Being constantly appraised of technology developments in tracking and targeting in order to deliver the most innovative, competitive, breakthrough and accountable possible actions

•      Handling Local and International coordination and reporting

•      Ensuring excellent relationships with other agency partners and with key media owners

Qualifications

•      University degree related to Marketing, Advertising or Economics

•      Around 6-8 years of experience planning advertising campaigns

•      Knowledge of the digital advertising environment

•      Knowledge and use of the tools/sources of the digital advertising market
