Job Description

This role focuses on delivering market-leading campaign activation, execution and performance analysis within the Biddable team across Paid Social and Paid Search You will be working in a team led by an Associate Director and working closely with a Senior Executive and Account Manager.

This is an entry-level position. You’ll be responsible for the day to day running of various campaigns, with a particular focus on reporting and optimization to begin with. You will be dealing with Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis, analysing performance, compiling reports and spotting opportunities for the divisions you’re working on. You’ll be working across various paid search media channels, Google Adwords and Youtube, as well as across various paid social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. and other digital media partners in the future.

With time in your role, you will be able to handle a campaign from the beginning (planning) to end (final report and billing) and eventually manage the client directly.

Analytical and communication skills are important, as is a strong passion for digital media.

Core responsibilities of the role are:

  • Be responsible for campaigns’ activation, optimization and reporting on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and AdWords, and other various channels – Criteo, Xing, etc.
  • Regularly audit accounts to improve performance
  • Use of 3rd party bid management tools to optimise performance and achieve clients’ targets
  • Create media plans alongside the planning team and provide spend forecasts
  • Support the Senior Exec and AM on client presentations as needed
  • Maximising efficiencies in all processes (including reporting & finance)
  • Creation of documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process
  • Proactively find innovative ways to boost campaigns’ performance
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise
  • Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing

Pre-requisites for the role are:

  • A 2:1 from a good university, on any subject.
