About The Role

 

You will be responsible for the day to day running of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for a portfolio of clients, including Asics, Puig (L’Artisan, Penhaligon’s), Duracell, and Alcon- with a particular focus on activation, reporting, and optimizations.  The role may also require working on other brands on an ad-hoc basis.

 

The Candidate

 

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for biddable media advertising and be able to provide insights and recommendations based on the campaigns they are running.

 

With time in your role you will be able to handle a campaign from the beginning (planning) to end (final report and billing), eventually managing the client directly.

 

Key Requirements

 

·       Very strong communication and analytical skills

·       Ability to deliver a high standard of work with strong attention to detail within an agreed deadline

·       A self-starter and a team player

·       Aptitude in maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

·       Basic knowledge of AdWords, YouTube, and Facebook Power Editor.

 

Beneficial Requirements

 

·       Experience planning, activating, and reporting on multichannel campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Adwords, Youtube)

·       Exposure to paid social media tools, e.g. 4C, SocialMoov/Marin, Sprinklr etc.

·       Exposure to Paid Search tools, such as Marin, Kenshoo, DS3, Adobe

The Interview Process

 

1st stage – a meet and greet with 2 members of the team to discuss the role in detail, answer questions and sit a short maths test to gauge basic understanding. After this stage there may be some consideration for other open roles.

 

2nd stage – if successful, the candidate will meet with 2 other team members as the final stage after which a decision will be made.
