This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to work on transitioning a global brand and developing creative, data driven solutions for some fantastic household names.

Part of the new bespoke planning & buying unit designed by Publicis Media, you will be part of a new division growing its own innovative and collaborative culture.This is a unique data led proposition that combines the best talent from across Publicis Media. You will be working closely with experts from Digitas, Data Sciences and Publicis Media Content teams to deliver brilliant, market leading strategies. 

You will be sitting in a fully integrated hub and this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to work on transitioning a global brand, developing data driven solutions for some fantastic household names.

Overall role description
 The planning Account Director is a pivotal role within the new team.  They are the key point of contact for multiple client contacts on a day to day basis long with team management responsibility. In this role there is great opportunity for creativity alongside a multitude of Publicis resource at your disposal. 

What are you tasked with?

  • Managing the creation, direction and on-going development of your client’s media strategy,, across several household name wellness brands. 
  • Injecting innovation into the client’s media solutions across multiple brands.
  • Ultimate quality control of all plan execution.

Knowledge, skills and attitude required:

  • Strong communication planning skills.
  • An excellent all round knowledge of media
  • High degree of financial acumen.
  • The capability and desire to build relationships with partners and creative agencies.
  • The aptitude to develop teamwork and the mentorship of junior members of your team.
  • Be an ideas person, excited to brainstorm new approaches and solutions for clients.
  • A strong collaborator who is skilled at bringing together teams to ensure smart strategic thinking and excellent channel planning.
  • Be a confident and articulate presenter, with the ability to present to senior clients and internal agency teams. 

Qualifications

  • Have solid planning experience across all media channels 
  • Have worked on a large account, ideally with a portfolio of brands to manage

Location

From mid- March 2019 you will be based in the new BBC Broadcasting House (White City, west London), a stunning redevelopment. With Westfield opposite you will be spoiled for choice in how to spend your lunch break!

Prior to mid-March we are based on Cleveland Street, W1T.
