Job Description

Within this award winning and rapidly expanding Performance department delivering across Paid Search, Social & DSP activity, you will be responsible for leading the performance activity for all Melbourne clients with the aim to grow these channels and in return build the performance team.

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the development and implementation of all paid search, paid social and DSP activity within your portfolio.
  • Responsibility for the management of the paid search, paid social & DSP activity.
  • Responsibility for the delivery of market leading paid search, paid social & DSP strategies.
  • Responsibility for the delivery of marketing leading paid search, paid social & DSP results across all clients in your portfolio.
  • Ensure all Performance strategies are seamlessly integrated with other areas of specialism.

 

Skills & Experience

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in business, computing, marketing, communications or related subjects.
  • 3+ year’s previous SEM experience – Experience with Social, DSP and other Paid media channels is a plus
  • Demonstrable experience managing a team of managers and execs
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial approach
  • Excellent understanding of the Digital landscape and how the various Performance channels fit within the digital ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate a proactive work ethic when managing numerous competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Tools

  • Experience with Adwords
  • Experience with bid management platforms such as DS3, Kenshoo, Marin is a plus
  • Demonstrable exposure to analytics platforms including Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Sitecore
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Tag Management solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager
