Job Description

The Supervisor of Client Operations is an experienced project manager with a primary focus on supporting the Client Operations Director and Associate Directors as part of a growing Operations team on assigned  well-known brands.

You'll support the Client Operations team in the execution of budget management, process improvements, systems management, billing, reconciliation, general reporting and data manipulation. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, an analytic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize and track multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads large-scale projects and cross-functional teams, including projects outside of assigned responsibilities
  • Accurately tracks large volumes of data with a high level of detail and coordination. Manages timely status updates with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Prepares regular status reports and distributes internally and externally if necessary
  • Tracks key project milestones, anticipates challenges, and raises the appropriate flags to ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Oversees, manages and approves the associates' work including monthly budget reconciliation, accrual document, Master budget tracker, weekly system checks and more. 
  • Monitors and reviews monthly billing to ensure accuracy. Manages day to day campaigns and oversees budget management ensuring accuracy of correct invoicing to client
  • Exercises discretion when presented with sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Provides feedback for process improvement and lessons learned as related to assigned tasks
  • Consistently demonstrates a desire to learn through proactivity and initiative

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate technology platforms in digital media

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferrably in marketing, business, finance, or simliar
  • 3+ years of project management or client operations experience preferably in an advertisement agency setting
  • Analytical skills with a foundation in strategic business management
  • Experience with systems integrations or implementing new product developments
  • Experienced Microsoft Excel user comfortable with Pivot tables and formulas within the industry/operations function/finance
  • General Media Methodology and 1-2 years media billing experience
  • Finance experience, especially in Media is a plus
