Job Description

As Executive in the Spark Content & Media team, you are responsible for supporting the Director & Managers with the day to day management of integrated content partnership solutions. You will be providing data and research for branded content partnerships and will work closely with project leads and media owners to present ideas which enhance campaigns and provide solutions to client challenges. With experience you will also project manage your own branded content partnerships, negotiating competitive rates, delivering against KPI’s and measuring the success of campaigns through data driven insights.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide data and research for partnership opportunities and new business pitches
  • Support Manager with responding to briefs and present ideas to enhance campaigns
  • Help challenge media owners to deliver innovative responses to briefs & provide solutions to client challenges
  • Support project leads with project managing campaigns, ensuring key milestones and client KPIs are met
  • Follow established guidelines and processes and be open to change
  • Prioritise work-load and manage own tasks to achieve deadlines
  • Give input at internal status meetings
  • Work with publishers, Publicis Media trafficking team (TAAG) and client to set up digital elements of campaigns
  • Measure the success of campaigns using data driven insights, optimizations and provide monthly & post campaign reports as required
  • Drive cost efficiencies to ensure projects remain profitable, by negotiating rates which are competitive and ensuring own output is within scope of work
  • Build trusted relationships with wider Publicis Media teams, clients, media owners and client agency partners
  • Communicate with clients as directed by Manager
  • Be pro-active at learning about your clients' business and their competitors
  • Understand the billing process and add media costs to DDS

Essential Skills

  • Familiar with different types of content and what makes content engaging

  • Project management skills and a level of negotiation skills
  • Experience using research tools
  • Flexible and hard working - used to working to deadlines under pressure
