Position Summary:
The Sr. Associate – Global Network Management supports the Associate Director of Global Network Management working across various verticals ensuring the proper reporting of data while also sharing market insights with the team across the globe. This position will be supporting a complex client, but an individual with a number’s driven mindset will be set up for success. The ideal candidate is someone who is a clear communicator, able to handle multiple deadlines, brings proactive problem solving skills, and has an eye for detail.


Specific Responsibilities:

·       Oversee day to day project management of projects/requests from regional/ local markets on behalf of global client stakeholders:

  • Campaign Tracking Reports
  • Monthly Spending Reports
  • Ad hoc campaign data collection
  • Competitive data reports

·       Support management of client's Global Partnerships with leading media brands (Facebook, Google, Amazon, Twitter etc.)

  • Manage / assemble activity reports from Partners and OPTS local market teams to gauge deployment of investment and utilization of partner capabilities (Betas, investment levels and added value programs)
  • Track spending and discounts earned
  • Work with Partners, OPTS Country teams to capture case studies and best practices for replication

·       Achieve proficiency in OPTS tools / systems (Mediatools, Connected Intelligence) to aid in reporting and tracking tasks

·       Partner and coordinate amongst global product strategy team members to ensure alignment of information captured by Network Management to stakeholder needs

·       Develop strong working relationship with local and regional offices to help create a seamless communication process 

Qualifications

·       Minimum of 1 year experience in data and reporting driven role, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or finance preferred

·       Understands and can meet deadlines

·       Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

·       Able to multi-task and take on a variety of projects

·       Must be pro-active, curious, creative problem solver

·       Strong math and analytical skills

·       Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Excellent project management skills

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must

·       Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

·       Positive, solution-oriented attitude

·       Able to work successfully with teams and different personalities
