Job Description

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to join Oracle’s Integrated Account Team with a 20% allocation across another account within Zenith (once you have full command of Oracle). Your key responsibility will be to support the Directors and Business Director in the delivery of their vision for Oracle’s strategy. You’ll do this by:

  • using your media planning expertise to lead and oversee media planning & buying
  • drawing from your line management experience to apply a hands-on nurturing and development of 2 Account Assistants
  • using your client servicing experience to service, challenge and communicate with clients and several stakeholders from multiple agencies and departments

You’ll also oversee and manage asset translations & get involved in supporting content development projects alongside the Content & Partnerships Publicis Media Practice.

 

About the Team:

The friendly and very talented team of 11 (including this position) currently consists of a Business Director, two Account Directors, an Account Manager, two Account Executives, four Account Assistants and a Financial Operations Manager. The portfolio of Oracle’s products is distributed within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • From media planning to reporting, you will ensure that campaign end-to-end processes are carried out to the highest of standards by providing leadership, strategy and advice
  • You will ensure quality for campaign recommendations and post-campaign analysis produced by Account Assistants, and present these to clients
  • You will be responsible for contributing to Fiscal Year Planning, Business Reviews, Thought Leadership meetings, etc. by developing and presenting material to Oracle
  • You will be responsible for leading a number of projects alongside media planning including Content, Translations, Competitive Reviews, etc.
  • You will be regularly client facing, responsible for further developing (and establishing new) relationships that will benefit the overall Oracle/Zenith partnership
  • Identify and prioritising training & development sessions for yourself and your direct reports to support their motivations and training needs
  • This role will have a minimum of two reports that you will be responsible for talent management and progression

Qualifications

You are:

  • A questioner and a challenger. You are comfortable taking direction from clients and colleagues but you like to sense-check what you’re being asked to do and are not afraid to speak up to seek clarification or contribute your ideas
  • Extremely strong at client management and networking skills. You’re polite, tactful but assertive in your communication. You have the confidence to take the lead on projects with a lot of daily client communications. You will be required to show examples of this
  • Experienced in planning, running and reporting on multi-channel campaigns (especially digital), with an ability to analyse and interpret the data to pull real, practical insights and present thee to senior stakeholders
  • Effective at managing up with confidence to ensure your director is aware of workloads and that deliverables are manageable
  • Experienced in managing, nurturing and developing people
  • You are organised, responsive and have an eye for detail

 

It will be a big plus if you have experience in any of the following: Social strategy or activation, content project management or content creation, previous B2B experience
