Job Description

Overview of role:
This is a great opportunity for a talented and eager to learn PPC specialist to join a dynamic and growing Performance team, as an Account Manager.

Working on a travel client , this account offers excellent learning opportunities for the right candidate. Not only will you be running PPC campaigns across the major search engines Google & Bing, you will also gain hands on experience across international engines and extend your PPC knowledge into Meta Search. 

Hence,this is a great role to learn and experience more than just Google AdWords!

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day running of clients PPC & Meta search campaigns from keyword research and ad copy creation to running daily, weekly and monthly reports as well as actively optimizing accounts to meet target KPI’s. 

Responsibilities:
•    Delivery of the PPC strategy as set out by the Account Director
•    Account optimisation and budget management across the account  
•    Team task management and working with the Account Director to deliver on personal development plans and team objectives
•    Reporting and Insights and across the account
•    PPC planning and forecasting
•    Work with AMs in other departments to ensure integration across the relevant digital channels
•    Competitor Benchmarking
•    Supporting the Account Director as needed on monthly and quarterly business review meetings
•    Prioritising tasks and workloads across all team members, paying high attention to detail with your own output and the output of juniors on the team

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge and Attitude required:

  • Several years relevant experience in PPC
  • Google AdWords Advanced and Bing Ads Certifications, plus ideally DS or Marin certified (not essential)
  • Attention to detail, excellent time management, strong reporting and data analysis skills 
  • Proficient in setting up (includes full keyword research and ad copy creation), managing and optimising campaigns across the major advertising platforms e.g. Google AdWords and Bing
  • Experience in optimising accounts to meet specific goals - e.g. revenue and ROAS targets
  • Experience with bid management & tracking software namely Double Click, Marin or Kenshoo
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions – particularly Excel 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail
  • Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complicated concepts simply and effectively
  •  Experience in working across Meta engines will be an advantage
