Under the direction of the Global Client Lead, the global account manager is responsible for:

  • Prepare and share a monthly status report detailed by country with the client 
  • Pass on Client instructions relating to the internal media spaces purchase strategy for all countries
  • Manage and coordinate all the investment initiated by Client in the various markets. Report all the key annual Agency deliveries (Annual competitive analysis and N-1 learnings, annual N+1 briefs, strategic recommendations)
  • Manage and coordinate  for the whole network the reporting tools established by the client If some information is missing in the plans or documents in such factbook, we shall contact local teams and ensure all necessary corrections will be made as soon as possible.
  • Facilitate/ organize sharing “best practice” throughout Zenith network
  • Support GCL to lead the implementation and pilot the efficiency measurement tools for each Agency
  • Support GCL to ensure that each local team is always perfectly qualified and operational.
  • Help GCL to control the quality of the services provided by local teams.
  • Support if necessary GCL and Productivity team to monitor costs of media purchase on the basis of the Productivity Method

Qualifiche

  • Strong communicator and team player;
  • Strong project management skills and ability to set and implement effective project plans and timelines;
  • Qualitative and quantitative human understanding;
  • Confidence to challenge the clients and team;
  • Strong knowledge of key media terminology and practices across different markets
  • Self-motivated;
  • Problem solver who is learning on mistakes and is looking for new approaches and solutions in addressing issues;
  • Meaningful contributor to deliver best in class work to clients and teams;
  • Experience in local media strategy (on/offline), planning and buying in a domestic market;
  • Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
