Job Description

We are on the search of a Digital Account Planner to become a part of the Client Services team. You will work closely with Digital Ad Operations and Digital Analytics teams, and will be responsible for assigned accounts, so it is expected for you to be familiar with all account details as they pertain to digital implementations deployed from an agreed strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to provide input to the buying and optimization direction as well as development and execution of buying recommendations, working under the direction of the Digital Director and Account Manager.

How you´d spend your day:

  • Supporting the Account Manager in the development of Client Digital strategy with guidelines and approach moving forward:
  • Consistently monitoring activation of the strategy - Modify and adapt as needed
  • Aiding to manage client expectations
  • Keeping up with the latest trends in media
  • Managing day to day client interaction by ensuring and transmitting that:
  • Digital activations fit into assigned metrics and budget
  • Provides inputs into media partner selection and rational
  • Assesses digital vendors’ proposals
  • Building productive working relationships with digital team’s ecosystem:
  • Working with Digital Operations Team to ensure flawless implementation
  • Working with creative agency to understand creative assets available and any custom placements that may enhance or affect strategy and implementations
  • Working with management team to optimize the activation of digital strategies and has familiarity with offline concepts in order to enhance brand consistency
  • Working with different tech partners in order to boost innovation and solutions from this approach
  • Working with analytics teams to ensure new tracking and measurement solutions could be properly adopted to achieve success
  • Being responsible for constructing and delivering accurate, honest and timely performance management documents
  • Assessing problems and concerns in a systematic, logical and rational manner
  • Proactively resolving issues, knowing when to and to whom to escalate
  • Being capable of manage multiple deliverables, and ability to seamlessly transition among them.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  •  Bachelor’s degree related with Advertising, Marketing or Economics, or a minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing
  • Able to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
  • Writes in a clear, compelling and concise manner
  • Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
  • Develop client reports that are clear, compelling and persuasive
  • Ensure key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
  • Fluent in English (B2 or more)
  • Have offline media planning knowledge and heave users of media planning’ tools
  • Know and use all digital disciplines: Display, SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Social, Programmatic
