Job Description

Overview of Role

The primary focus of this role is to deliver day to day implementation planning and buying across a key portfolio of clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Planning  - creating documentation and supporting schedules
  • Media Buying  - delivery of media implementation across all media – with support from Digital team where required
  • Managing relevant analysis to help plan campaigns, costs, Nielsen data etc
  • Instruction of material/ensuring that relevant material is with media when required
  • Post analysis where appropriate
  • Input into billing system and invoicing
  • Analysing of media owner proposals
  • Competitive review reporting
  • Meeting all deadlines as required
  • Participation with agency initiatives

Team Responsibilities

  • Attendance at WIP meetings and other meetings where appropriate
  • Assist in building partnerships with creative agencies (specifically account service) and media suppliers to ensure key information (e.g. media specs and delivery addresses) is clearly circulated
  • Liaison with Production/Studio at relevant creative agencies to ensure that material is delivered on time and to specification
  • Preparation of accurate and detailed MBAs/spec sheets/asset sheets as requested
  • Attendance at appropriate training sessions (internal or external) as recommended by the Media Director

Relationships

  • Builds relationships with media contacts
  • Builds and establishes relationships with creative agencies
  • Builds and establishes relationships with clients as appropriate

  • Demonstrates energy level and dedication to learning what makes him/her promotable within the team
  • Shows willingness to assist in any miscellaneous tasks that arise
  • Demonstrates initiative to help members of wider team and wider Zenith where appropriate

Qualifications

  • To be successful in the role you must be driven by good process and accuracy, able to take personal responsibility to create working lists of requirements and be a proactive team member. Accuracy is key as is being personable in deadline with clients and media alike
  • Able to utilise core media agency tools, Nielsen CMI, Roy Morgan, Pegasus along with being proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ideal candidate to have 2-3 + Years agency experience
