Job Description

•  Manage the day-to-day running of AV across client accounts, with overall responsibility for AV plan creation, campaign negotiation and management, mid/post campaign reporting and optimisation
•  Ensuring negotiated terms are implemented, identifying and tackling delivery issues and acting as the key escalation point for the team
•  Be the key point of contact for broadcasters on day-to-day trading issues, conflict resolution, process management/improvement and new opportunities
•  Provide expertise for clients, team members and the agency alike on TV planning, buying and the AV market in general
•  Understanding the nature of the client’s business needs and context, applying this to plan effectively and to improve client performance 
•  Mentoring, teaching and developing team members and being responsible along with senior members of the team for the work of juniors, their success and growth within the team
•  Build senior relationships and become highly regarded by media owners, clients and auditors
•  Managing the auditing process 
•  Act as an ambassador of Blue 449 both internally and externally at all times, promoting the agency, it's clients and its work
 

Qualifications

•    Understanding of all media markets and in particular an in-depth knowledge of the TV landscape. 
•    Strong knowledge of planning VOD and TV campaigns with confidence in market dynamics and the changing media landscape
•    Highly regarded by media owners, clients, auditors and to have developed strong relationships at all levels.
•    Have experience mentoring, teaching and developing team members and being responsible along with the Director for the work of juniors, their success and growth within the team.
•    Strong attention to detail on both your own output and the output of your direct reports
•    Have an invested view on your own and the team’s development.

Location

From mid- March 2019 you will be based in the new BBC Broadcasting House (White City), a stunning redevelopment. With Westfield opposite you will be spoiled for choice in how to spend your lunch break!

In the short term you will be based in Blue 449 (Publicis Media agency) on Cleveland Street, W1T 4JE.
